Signature cuisine

The culinary offering is based on top-quality ingredients, always seasonal and locally sourced. The vegetables come from the fertile Baix Gaià region, the fish from local fish markets, and the meat from the finest pastures.

The Gaudium restaurant, created by the renowned chef Jaume Drudis, is a renowned gastronomic restaurant in Tarragona. You can find it inside the Gran Claustre Boutique Hotel, located in the heart of "La Vila Closa" in the medieval village of Altafulla.

At Gaudium, you can enjoy a unique gastronomic experience through different proposals: a menu that varies monthly, à la carte dishes that are renewed with each season and an exclusive tasting menu that celebrates the authentic flavours of the sea and the land of Camp de Tarragona.
